The hotel boasts a fantastic location just a short walk from Kenting Main Street and the beach, with beautiful views, especially at sunset. However, the condition of the rooms is quite disappointing, with outdated facilities that feel overpriced. The service varies, with some friendly encounters but also instances of unwelcoming behavior. The lack of breakfast included and poor Wi-Fi access is also a drawback.

I stayed at this hotel looking forward to a great beachside experience, and while the view was absolutely stunning, the overall condition of the place left much to be desired. The rooms felt worn down and overpriced, especially during the holiday rush. The staff was friendly at first, but their attitude changed dramatically, which was quite off-putting. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, given the many issues we faced.
