Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel boasts a fantastic location just a short walk from Kenting Main Street and the beach, with beautiful views, especially at sunset. However, the condition of the rooms is quite disappointing, with outdated facilities that feel overpriced. The service varies, with some friendly encounters but also instances of unwelcoming behavior. The lack of breakfast included and poor Wi-Fi access is also a drawback.
I stayed at this hotel looking forward to a great beachside experience, and while the view was absolutely stunning, the overall condition of the place left much to be desired. The rooms felt worn down and overpriced, especially during the holiday rush. The staff was friendly at first, but their attitude changed dramatically, which was quite off-putting. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, given the many issues we faced.
I had a really unfortunate experience at this hotel, where issues from the start made my stay quite miserable. While the location is fantastic with great views, the condition of the rooms and the owner’s unprofessional behavior really ruined it for me. The lack of basic amenities like breakfast and Wi-Fi, along with unexpected charges, were also major downsides. I would not recommend this place at all.
My stay at this hotel was rather disappointing. The location was good with a short walk to the main street, and the sea view from the balcony was lovely. However, the service left much to be desired, notably during a typhoon when the staff were unhelpful. Additionally, there was no breakfast offered, which made mornings quite challenging, especially with limited dining options nearby during the storm.
